Firstly, the host was incredibly friendly - introduced us to the place and showed us around, asked if we needed anything else and was there to answer any questions we had. He was very personable and made our first time in Manchester very enjoyable. The room was great - we had our own single beds and an extension lead which had USB A, USB C and plug sockets if we needed to charge devices. Both bathrooms were very modern. We were very impressed with the quality of the accommodation and the location, it was very easy to get into central Manchester via tram.

The house was clean, comfortable, and well suited for the three of us. The owner was very helpful and provided us with useful guidance throughout our stay.
The location is a bit far from Manchester city center, but having a private vehicle makes it much more convenient to get around.

We loved everything about our stay! Check in was seamless, with the caretaker available and flexible throughout. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, and the shared bathroom was equally well maintained. Despite all the rooms being occupied, the space remained quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect, close to the city centre. Would definitely recommend!
