Good location, large rooms and good facilities in the rooms.
Other guests were quite loud and you could hear them above and below you.

Location very close to Daikokucho station. Easy access check in & out.
Room very comfortable.
No iron available in room. Need to share with others and take from downstairs.

The location. Easy check in. Big room. Comfortable. Big beds. Fridge. Cups and bowls.
Having to dump my own garbage. No luggage forwarding because there's no concierge. The shower drain had to be unclogged. Old couch.

The location was perfect. Close to the metro station and convenient stores like Lawson, Family Mart, and 7 eleven. Also, it was quiet. I did not hear any loud noise during my stay.
The only thing i complain about is the pillows!!! So hard. It was very difficult to sleep with. Very uncomfortable.
