Super schönes Camp, sehr leckeres Essen und tolle Mitarbeiter.
Wir sind mit den Kamelen beim Sonnenuntergang zum Camp geritten (20 Euro p.P.) - unvergessliches Erlebniss.
Achtung, wenn direkt auf Booking gebucht wird ist der Rücktransport vom Camp nach Merzuga nicht inkludiert (25 Euro p.P.)
Dies sollte in der Beschreibung klar erwähnt werden.

Beautiful location, tent was clean, manager great
Overall a bit disappointed by service given it was advertised (and charged) as luxury camp experience:
*Lacklustre welcome and overall interactions by camp staff (except manager who was great)- possibly partially due to a language barrier
*Charging €30-40 per person for transfer to/from camp without flagging that this would attract an additional cost during booking process - more than happy to pay for the camel ride as a transfer option, but transfer by jeep should be included in the price given nightly rate above €200.
*Little touches like serving tea and coffee on return from watching sunrise would go a long way
*quality of dinner not amazing
We stayed for two nights and don’t think that camp actually caters for a two night stay very well: aircon got switched off in the morning, no fan available - staff member suggested we could spend part of the day in a hotel lobby in Merzouga where it would be cooler. None of the staff came during the day to offer anything to drink or check in on us, besides the lunch we got organised through the manager. Overall didn’t feel like we were treated as guests during the day.
