The location is ideal for day trips to the Cascata delle Marmore, Narni, and other places around Terni.
There is plenty of free street parking.
The bed was SUPER comfy, and the tub in the room was great for relaxing after days walking around. The hot water never ran out.
The bathroom's shower was also excellent. Good quality towels and linens.
The basics for cooking simple meals in the kitchen. Very cold fridge for storing food and beverages (but no freezer).
You can hear EVERYTHING happening in the other EDA Home unit just across the hall, so it is assumed they can hear us as well, which could be fixed with some sound proofing material at bottom of doors. While not their fault, a neighbor had their TV on very loud every night until late (had to use ear pugs to sleep). FYI
The key pad to get into the unit from the building hall was tricky and it took several attempts for it to work.
The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, just FYI, in case you have have big bags.
There was only two coffee capsules for our (two people) three-night stay. It would be a nice gesture to have at least enough coffee capsules for our stay!

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo presso Eda Home! L’appartamento è moderno, bellissimo e soprattutto comodissimo, perché è dotato di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a casa. Ci ha colpito particolarmente la pulizia: era davvero tutto molto pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Struttura assolutamente consigliata, ci torneremmo volentieri! ❤️
Non abbiamo trovato nulla che non ci sia piaciuto.

Struttura molto bella, accogliente e appartamento grande. Cucina completa e rifornita. Condizionatore.
Situata al terzo piano senza ascensore. Il portone d'ingresso al palazzo è rimasto aperto tutta la notte con una catena interna a tenerlo. Zona tranquilla ma non troppo affidabile per lasciare moto incustodite, almeno per il mio parere.
