Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unterstützung bei Planung unserer Aktivitäten.
Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Übernahme und Rückgabe Zimmer hat perfekt funktioniert.
Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit per WhatsApp erreichbar
Die Matratze oder auch die Matratzenauflage könnten mal erneuert werden, viel zu weich und man hängt durch (aber vielleicht auch nur mein Rücken:).
Schlafen bei offenen Fenster zu dieser Zeit auf Grund der aktiven Promenade schwierig, aber mit geschlossenen Fenster natürlich kein Problem.

Everything was exactly as described. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The room was cleaned every day, and everything was well maintained throughout our stay. We had a very pleasant experience overall.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nothing in particular. Everything was in order and met our expectations.

Ruime nette en schone kamers. Vlakbij zee en strand en het centrum van Castellammare. Ideale locatie! Zeer vriendelijke host met wie ik goed contact had over de boeking en van wie we ook tips kregen over restaurants en excursies.
