Nice, modern and very clean apartment. It has a large garden and air conditioning, which was a big plus. The apartment is well maintained and generally convinent. Fast comunication with owners and immediate action when the door lost their electricity to open it.
The main issue was the sleeping arrangement. The apartment was offered as for four people, but only two people had a proper bed. The double bed on the bed was comfortable, while the other two people had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed.
In my opinion, a sofa like this can be acceptable as an emergency sleeping option, but it should not be considered a proper bed for two people for normal payment, staying for several nights. Once unfolded, the sofa has an uneven frame and a very thin mattress, only a few centimetres thick. The sleeping surface is uneven in several places, and the sofa also creaks with every movement, which makes it difficult to sleep comfortably.
For four people, I would expect two proper and comfortable sleeping, not one bed and one horrible sofa (it's not hard to buy those days comfortable sofa).
There were also not enough cutlery and utensils in the apartment. There were two forks and no spoons, and it seemed that the kitchen had been prepared for two people rather than four.
The same applied to the garden — there was seating for only two people. If not the case of bed I would give 10 points, but vacation is to get rest, not to wake up 20 times at night.
