The apartment was clean, had everything needed to make and cook our own food and was very close to Maidstone centre.
The TV was using WiFi only for connection and the internet kept dropping out as soon as other people were in other apartments , making it very difficult to relax at the end of the day watching anything. Parking is all to be paid for and needs to be managed due to the hours they charge and all done via RIngo.

Location is in good spot near town centre
It does need a little maintenance especially the taps and the parking even to just drop of bags is a real problem ! Very noisy if you have front unit!

The bed was comfortable, communication from the hosts was good.
There was a fan in each room but it was not very strong and the rooms got up to 30 degrees. I took a picture after we were able to cool the room with the fan for a few hours. Also the windows do not open. The night stand was dusty and there were lots of spiders and webs both inside the 3 booked rooms and in the hallway.
