Aussergewöhnlich zuvorkommend war Kiki, die auch die Zimmer sehr sauber gereinigt hat. Sie hat die einfach gehaltene Unterkunft daher enorm aufgewertet, auch durch ihr liebenswürdiges Wesen. Dickes Lob und dickes Danke an sie.
Die WLAN Verbindung funktionierte nur partiell.

Apartament bardzo czysty i zadbany. Po przeczytaniu wcześniejszych opinii miałem pewne obawy dotyczące zapachu ścieków i stęchlizny, ale na szczęście nic takiego nie miało miejsca. Wręcz przeciwnie — było świeżo i przyjemnie. Widać, że apartament jest po remoncie i prezentuje się naprawdę dobrze. Duży plus również za Wi-Fi, które działało bardzo sprawnie. Pobyt oceniam zdecydowanie na plus.
Obiekt nie posiada żadnych minusów!

La ubicación es genial, tiene parking y todo n el apartamento hay kettle, nevera, tostador y grill (tipo sandwichera). La atención y amabilidad del equipo con quien me comuniqué fue muy buena.
La primera impresión fue un poco negativa al ver el edificio tan antiguo y algo descuidado. La habitación y el baño tenían aspecto de no estar limpios (en el sentido de que parecía estar cerrada y con polvo y quizá en el baño cal del agua) Sin embargo las camas y toallas sí lo están y lo cierto es que cuando pedimos algo al equipo nos atendieron muy bien. A lo largo de nuestra estancia (5 noches) la verdad es que nos alegramos de haber reservado aquí a pesar de esos detalles.

Even though we didn't see the hosts they were very polite and helped us with lots of useful information. Parking is easy as well on the street, but also there are parking spaces for the appartment complex as well. Room was tidy and clean.
The yard and building look old and worn up. As a whole the complex doesn't look frequently visited. Room is quite modest, AC is old, noisy and doesn't work very well. Fridge was also very noisy. Beds weren't very comfortable.
