It is a great quirky place in a brilliant location, but it needs some tweaks and a deep clean & then it would be so much better.
On arrival, it is quite hard to find as it is not on the street as advertised- it is round the corner and no name on the gate. It was really hard to unlock the door as had problem with the key/lock. It wasn't very clean. I disinfected the kitchen tops, cleaned old food remains out of fridge, cleaned the cooker and washed up baking tray left in oven with fat and food remains on it. I emptied all old breadcrumbs out of toaster. I also cleaned coffee ring marks off bedside tables. The kitchen tap was loose. There were cobwebs on ceiling of bedroom. Also, there are 3 tv's - one in lounge and one in each bedroom, which is great, but only 1 tv remote had batteries in it ( all TV remotes were different makes).No wi-fi code left anywhere for us. I rang and left message for owner to ask for it, and to ask about tv remotes, but he didn't get back to me. It has 2 double bedrooms, so for 4 people, but only 2 dining chairs at table, and a 3-seater settee. Lighting is very dim in lounge and bedrooms so you couldn't read at night as it was too dark!
