Poor

Location and cabin.

No WiFi. This was promised, and we would have cancelled within the free cancellation window had we known, as my wife had important meetings. We were told a new system would be installed before our arrival, but it wasn’t, and there was no effort to resolve the issue or make it up to us. It felt like they simply didn’t care. There was also no proactive communication about accessing the property. The location on Booking.com doesn’t work, and you’re required to go to a separate hotel in another location to gain entry. The whole process is overly complicated, and even the gate system itself doesn’t function properly. The overall setup around the cabins needs attention. Access to the lake and surrounding areas is poor, with little thought given to pathways or landscaping. It feels as though the area was cleared and the cabins were dropped in without much planning. For the price, basic amenities like soap and shampoo should be included. Not having these made the experience feel cheap and poorly considered. On a positive note, the local caretaker who looks after the cabins was very helpful and friendly.

La cabaña es preciosa. Muy bien equipada, aunque tal vez le faltó abrigo a la cama.

El manejo del pellets no es claro: se debe usar lo cargado o si no lo cobrarán adicional aunque no lo pidan. No existió contacto con nadie de las cabañas de manera física durante la estancia. Había en torno a 0 grados la noche de estancia y si bien la tinaja estaba encendida, el calefactor a pellets que usan para calentar el agua no es suficiente para hacerla llegar a una temperatura agradable, entramos y salimos del agua.
