The apartment is in an excellent location, with plenty of small bars/restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket and shopping mall within a 1 minute walk of leaving the apartment.
The Valletta ferry/gondola service is a 5 minute walk.
The apartment is huge, with a big balcony and incredible sea view. Onsite swimming pool is great, loses the sun around 2pm, so best to do your swimming/sunbathing first before heading out.
This is a beautiful apartment, let down by lots of small things.
Beds in the 2 double rooms both squeak so much that as soon as you move a toe, you wake the whole apartment up. Discovered on second day that one in en-suite room was actually broken, and someone had repaired with a bit of 2x4 wood and no support legs. Managed to fix it a bit, but it needs replacing. This has made the mattresses warp so you are on a constant lean to one side or the other.
Air con in en-suite room looks like it’s been faulty for a while, it works, but is leaking water. Was fixed by someone on day 3 saying it was just blocked and needed draining. But to me it looks like it’s an ongoing issue due to the water damage.
We arrived to a horrid damp smell, and on second night was woken by water pouring out of it.
You only get 1 key/fob, so not practical if you’re travelling as a group.
The check in time of 5pm is too late if you’re getting a morning flight, we had to just sit in the mall for 4 hours waiting.
The check in process is somewhat apprehensive, you have to just sit and wait for someone to email you instructions on how and where to collect the key.
Quite a bit of mould in the shower/bathroom., and a strong, persistent sewage smell in the en-suite bathroom.
Only 1 pillow per person.
Check out time of 11am is again too early, however, we were given a 3pm check out because of all the issues we had.

Great location for both sides of the coast around Sliema. Very clean, large living space and balcony. Pool area kept spotless, large, ample sunbeds and never too busy.
Really nothing to not like. Only thing I’d recommend would be a small welcome booklet with some info, do’s and dont’s, WiFi code etc. Sun is gone from pool by 3pm but close to coast area for more sun.

L'appartamento è esattamente come viene descritto nelle foto: molto bello, pulito, ordinato e spazioso.
Le indicazioni per il check-in ci sono state inviate solo all'ultimo dopo diverse chiamate a vuoto e la navetta non ci ha lasciati davanti all'ingresso. In casa mancano accessori utili per la gestione quotidiana (tappetino doccia, scopa, mocio, aspirapolvere funzionante). Il bagno, e in particolare la doccia, meriterebbe una rinfrescata dato che è un po' datata e la porta tende a staccarsi dalle guide. Infine, la gestione delle regole sul terrazzo è fin troppo rigida: pur rispettando la quiete serale, siamo stati ripresi anche solo per parlare a voce normale e ci è stato vietato di stendere gli asciugamani sulla ringhiera senza nessuna spiegazione, sará magari perche non è estetico , ma allora vi dovreste preoccupare dello stato esterno del palazzo che non è dei piu carini.

The view from balcony was excellent and the size of the apartment was fantastic!
The cleaning staff were still present for 1.5 hours after we arrived. Sheets were wet as just been cleaned. There was a cockroach in main bathroom.
