Great location and a decent size. The bathrooms seem to have been recently upgraded. WiFi was a little flaky at points but functional. Air con worked fine - on a key so can only be used when there, but it got the place down to temp quite quickly.
A little tired in places, many of the window shutters are broken and won’t open/close. The mattress was also very firm. Note also that there’s not really a living room space if you’re a larger group, there are two armchairs in one room, and the kitchen table, but thats about it.
Hot water heaters tripped a fuse a few times. Luckily we worked out that leaving one unplugged would allow us to use one shower without it tripping again, but it did plunge one of our group into pitch darkness mid-shower when it went 😂

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well located in a quiet, but central neighborhood in Palermo. Salvatore was also very helpful and communicative.
On the day of our check out, the cleaning service came 10 minutes earlier than our actual check-out time at 10 am, and essentially kicked us out.

The apartment is large, has really nice rooms and two bathrooms with showers. Every room has an AC. The apartment is located in the old city, only a few minutes walk to the center. We stayed for two weeks, and halfway through our stay, a housekeeper came by to clean the apartment and change the bedding and the towels. The kitchen has a stove, a microwave, a water kettle and the usual kitchen utensils. A washing machine and a drying rack are also there.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. While we had no problem with it, this might not be suitable for everyone.
