It’s amazing private beach located in front of the water plus the bon fire, the entrance was a bit rough 4x4 terrain

A little more menu with the food would be nice !

The staff is 9/10 - everyone was incredibly helpful and genuinely went out of their way to improve our stay. Whenever an issue came up, it was addressed promptly and with care. They worked especially hard during a very busy day, which we really appreciated. The in-room kitchen was also well-equipped, with cooking utensils, pots and pans, a blender, and even some basic seasoning and oil. The property is nice, but we didn't enjoy it much as it was super windy when we were there. The bonfires were nice to come home to one night they had it set up (when it wasn't super windy). The location is great, only 15-minutes from the airport, secluded, not a touristy part of the island, which we loved, and only a short drive to local food options. The roads were good enough for our small econ car to get in and out carefully, and we found having a rental car quite necessary for the secluded location.

Facility-wise… 2/10. I really wanted to love this place, but a few basics need improvement to match the “5-star experience” claimed. At this price point, it felt more like a mini apartment guesthouse than a resort. Facility issues: 1. Hot water - We had one truly hot shower in a 4-night stay. With multiple rooms occupied, hot water ran out quickly and was only lukewarm. After long days in the ocean, this was very disappointing. They attempted a fix after night one, but it didn’t resolve the issue. 2. Room layout/view – The “Ocean View” is directly visible from the bed, but opening the curtains exposes the room to anyone outside, especially on the 1st and 2nd floors. No privacy, and the room itself felt tight, especially around the bed. 3. A/C & bedding - The A/C blows directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortably cold. Without a proper hot shower, it made sleeping worse. We ended up sleeping in sweatshirts and socks, which felt ridiculous in a tropical paradise. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket was thinner than a towel and inadequate. Suggestions: - Upgrade the hot water system to support full occupancy - Add sheer curtains for privacy (especially lower floors) - Provide a thicker, plush comforter for the beds - More ways/space/hangers to hang wet swimming/snorkeling things would be nice With these improvements, the stay would feel much more worthy of the price.
