Light and bright studio. Generally very clean, although a bit dusty in a few places.Comfortable bed.
Excellent WiFi & AC. Nice balcony, with a view onto garden and pool. Pool is small but adequate.
Very convenient location for grocery shopping and eateries (Super U supermarket 1 min) and 5 minutes’ walk to the marina. Alain (agent) kindly facilitated late checkin and made available a steam iron on request. He was also very responsive prior to checkin re queries, in directing the taxi driver to the apartment and dealing with a couple of issues.
Shower hose is very tired and cracked at the top. Balcony gets very hot during day (including inside kitchen cupboards, so cans etc. start to heat up) - needs shutters or a blind (like many of other studios). Address for property given on booking.com caused confusion for airport pick up driver. Perhaps make clear that it is accessed from Avenue de l’Europe near Super U supermarket).
This was an add on, sequential booking - I am staying for a further 25 days - but booking.com’s system did not allow me to amend and extend the original booking. This resulted in a double fee for cleaning being charged (although no cleaning was actually done between this booking ending and my continuing stay), so the cleaning fee for this booking should be refunded.
