Very cosy and homely, arrived to a clean and fresh accomodation, definitely a bigger property than I assumed was smaller from the pictures, bed was very comfortable and a lovely little garden area for my collie to use, clear instructions for arrival and check out 🥰 would definitely stay here again!
Access slightly slippy but this isn’t a dislike as access is described when booking, there isn’t anything I can say I disliked 🥰

The Garden Flat is in a nice, quiet location in Windermere, but within a couple of minutes walk of the centre of the village, with all the restaurants and shops to choose from.
The flat is surprisingly spacious with a nice lounge area, lovely big bedroom, nice clean bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.
The lounge opens out onto a shared garden area, which is a nice addition for the property. Which did help, as we were blessed with some lovely late April sunshine!

lovely home in great location close to Windermere Lake 5-10 mins in car & shops 2mins.
steep steps when carrying everything down! Bathroom plumbing noises!
