Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly people. We liked the spacious room and the large shower. It was a fairly quiet location at night and the room had sound proofing. The cleaning of the room was done every day and to a good standard. Breakfast was buffet style and you could order scrambled eggs or omelettes with a choice of filling which were cooked freshly.
The hotel didn’t inform us that they had daily building work going on literally next door and this was noisy and intrusive. It made sunbathing or using the pool impossible. This meant that we had to go out every morning to a beach club to use their facilities and pool, at extra cost. We asked for a late check out and this was agreed for 2pm. Suddenly we were asked to vacate the room for a new booking with only 20 minutes notice which left us no time to shower or change our clothes because we had to rush to finish our packing instead of having the relaxed end to our stay that we were expecting.
We stayed 10 nights and felt that we deserved to have the late check out time honoured.

לקחנו את החדר המשודרג והוא היה גדול ומרווח נוף לים מטורף צוות מסור ושעוזר בכל מה שצריך
הרבה מדרגות ממליץ מאוד לבוא בכושר בלי הרבה מזוודות ארוחת בוקר דלה

La piscines et la vue sont super, le petit déjeuner est complet.
Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservé au départ ( vue mer, baignoire, et terrasse manquante) nous avons donc passé la première nuit dans une chambre standard avant de changer …pour une chambre vue mer mais toujours sans baignoire
L’emplacement est assez loin des zones d’activités en dehors du foot golf juste à côté,
