The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room for me and my partner’s anniversary, and also offered a 1 hour complimentary massage for us both. The room was spacious with a cosy feel to it. The bed was incredibly soft and comfy with a lovely big bathroom as well. The facilities were excellent with a big infinity pool near the beach, and lots of different classes running during the week in the gym like yoga or pilates. The food at the Raya restaurant was also excellent with plenty of healthy choices. The hotel on all is lovely and just my type, it feels cosy and private while being upscale and modern.
The only bad thing I could say about the Hotel is that the water pressure was increasing and decreasing intermittently , additionally the location is a little out of the way with the nearest shop being a 10-15 minute walk away. But that’s me being really picky, Other than that it is one of my favourite hotels that I’ve ever stayed in.

Tolles kleines Hotel.

The staff was very good, always friendly, smiling and ready to help. So was the health trainer. Very professional and friendly. The available healthcare equipment was good, though minimal
The hotel presents itself as a 5 stars hotel. It is not. Very minimal facilities. The restaurant is in fact a basic level Thai kitchen, with few simple tables, but with 5 stars prices
