Good location, although quite a walk, we could get to the centre in 30mins (Queen Victoria market) parking secure level 2. The concierge was great, although they have nothing to do with the apartment. The supermarket and off licence is virtually next door, easy when you first arrive.
The door does not lock without a key, limited cooking equipment, pans , lids etc. Poor arriving process, agent had to be called, even when we were on time. Payment for the car parking au$30 per night had to be cash. Suggest this is paid at initial hand over, (even though I had the agents sort code , bank account number, which would not be accepted by UK banking,) I left the cash in a draw, in an unlocked apartment, as all keys were to be left on the table inside.

Very nice and clean and very good location
The view very beautiful and have lots of things like gym, swimming pool and steam room and more

The location was good. The beds were comfy and overall price for the apartment was fair.
We planned check in at 3pm after early flight and was all accepted but when we arrived the room was not ready and we were told to come back at 5:30 which did not leave us much time to prepare for our dinner plans at 6pm.
When we got to the room a cleaner was still cleaning the apartment but left soon after.
Whoever was in previously left a takeaway container still filled with some food in the cupboard.
One of the showers drains is semi blocked and doesn’t drain well.
Overall the excuses for the apartment not being ready do not add up, especially when seeing now previous recent stay reviews (we booked many month ago).
