The view, comfortable bed and lounge chairs, and cleanliness

Set in relaxing & peaceful environment ( just the sounds of birds ) , interesting architectural features / interior.. also calming with beautiful views of ocean & bush, through large picture windows.
Balcony, comfy lounge chairs with Ottoman & resting nook perfect for reading & napping.
Wood fire added to the atmosphere & comfortable bed.
Bathroom would improve with a larger surface to put bathroom bags & additional towel rails.
A coffee pod machine would be a nice addition too.

We had the most wonderful experience at Perch Lorne! The design of the place is just magnificent and making the best to enjoy the view, all was comfortable and cozy. We loved the place!
