Worse booking experience in my life

Worse experience ever. The apartment was surrounded by construction and workers walking outside our window from the early morning hours. The windows couldn't be shut properly so anybody could open them and steal our stuff. The door had no lock. The landlord sent to construct one on the fly and this was so poor that again we knew we are not safe. The bed had only one side. The other was on a wall so only one of us could get up out of it. We begged for a refund (even willing to pay for first day, to try to be balanced) but the landlords neglected communication with Booking customer service and didn't reply to us, and then sent us a blunt NO. When it comes to fairness, money was all they cared about and we wound up having to write the truth in this review.

Convenient, clean & cozy.

Spotlessly clean & comfortable. Great location - access to amenities near & far was great. Very well suited to our needs - comfortable, convenient & central place to lay our heads after a day sightseeing.

No complaints. All we needed was a base for our trip & it did exactly that - as advertised.

Nice apartment but need deep cleaning

The host is very responsible and helpful. Came to the flat in Friday evening to fix the WiFi for us. The location is very good.

The cleaning is so bad. Could have employed a more responsible cleaner.
