How friendly the staff were, how clean the rooms were. Slept like a baby those 2 nights. I also liked how they monitor who goes in and out by being in control of the gate themselves and you not struggling when you call
The location, it looked dangerous to us when we arrived and the amount of noise the other guests were making at 1am. Our first room didn’t have towels but we were moved the following day.

My overall stay is always amazing, the facilities are well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is tranquil because I usually stay there on weekdays when some peace and quiet is needed after a hard day at the office. I stay at Viva weekly cause I fell in love with it from day 1. Thank you to Talent and Linda for being great hosts!

Friendly reception. Gave us a ground floor room when I made a comment I battle with steps.
Bed was a bit short, but that's standard. My husband is very tall. So nothing the facility could do.
