Good location. Very spacious and close to several cafes and restaurants. Is clear that the host has a good taste in decorating the house. And Elena seems definitely a lovely host to deal with. I guess if you are young and just need a place to stay it is ok… beds comfortable. Aircon powerful enough. There is one in the lounge room and one just in the bigger room. A fan for small room is available 😓
The house need quite a bit of maintenance especially the sanitary fixtures and power points.
The aircon was leaking water inside the house (right on the top of power point🤦🏻♀️) and needed regular monitoring to avoid that.
The house is not suitable for older people. To hop in the shower there is a BIG step. My uncle ended up slipping and falling on the floor after the shower especially because the floor would get all wet regardless of the mat we put on the floor that got soaked with water. A picture of the shower is available I just wouldn’t ever think that was an actual step.
I wouldn’t suggested it for little children either. Dangerous low window in one of the bathroom. Yes they put a warning sign but still. And power point way too exposed.
Fan available with buttons almost falling apart… yes you heard me right.
There is one ramp of stairs to go up to the first floor apartment but very steep and light didn’t work.

Posizione ottima per spostarsi sia verso Catania che verso Siracusa.
Tutto bene, un piccolo consiglio, aggiungerei uno stendibiancheria xche non c è modo di asciugare la biancheria della spiaggia. Ripeto è un consiglio .
