Nos dieron una habitación con un colchón malo, solicitamos cambiarnos y lo hicieron sin problema, el aire funcionaba muy bien y es una necesidad ya que hace calor extremo
No son muy comunicativos ni muy expresivos, pero no sé si es el colombiano en general o los de cartagena en sí. Pero todo fue excelente a su manera.

La cordialidad del personal fue espectacular.
La ubicación muy buena, puedes llegar a varios sitios en pocos minutos.
El hecho de que no recibimos el código de la puerta sino hasta unas 3 horas antes de salir del alojamiento.
Tocábamos con insistencia pero tardaban en abrir.

No hay agua caliente, mucho ruido de habitaciones contiguas y suciedad por todo el “vestíbulo”
