Disappointed

Actual room was nice, spacious, clean!

1st full day of our 4 day stay, we were informed that the outdoor pool, tiki bar & beach access route would be closed thru our last day! I chose the carousel because 1 family member was 7 months pregnant and the convenience of the outdoor facilities! I was notified for several months before my stay of rules, check in & out times but never heard anything about the outdoor facilities closures until we had towels in hand at the beach access door!☹️

No no no again

Nowhere in our hotel was cleaned, we sent evidence with photos, we called, but we couldn't get a refund in any way, they didn't look for any solution, everywhere is very track, I won't order from Walking again, I won't go to the hotel anywhere, it's too bad
