Extremely comfortable, well-maintained property down the side road immediately before the landmark Miners' Glory Monument (holding coal aloft) off Buqar Jyrau Avenue. My only regret is that I didn't book a longer stay, both in Karaganda and the property.
Excellent communication with management before and during the stay. Strong wifi. Comfortable bed. Very nice furnishings (sofa, lamp) in the lounge room.
Third floor building in an older-style building (no lift); the common areas are kept very clean and attractively painted and decorated. Excellent security.
Google maps correctly shows the building as positioned on the side street. Note, however, that the vehicle and pedestrian access to the leafy compound is around the corner about 100 metres along Voinov-Internatsionalistov. The number of the apartment building is not readily visible, but the numbers of two of the closest buildings are written in huge numerals so it is easy to work out the correct building once inside the compound.

The apartment is located in an older building, but completely renovated and modern on the inside. It was very clean, cozy, and spacious inside — the photos are accurate. The bedroom mattress was also very comfortable. This is a great alternative to hotels in Karaganda. It’s also very centrally located and near several good cafes.
