The localization was great, 5 min walk to metro and tram (which goes to the beach). The apartment was specious and in a nice neighborhood. The balcony was normal, nothing special and nothing bad.
The kitchen could have used a little salt, some spices and olive oil.

Super host with very good communication and excellent response time even late on a Saturday and Sunday.
Location: very well connected.
Property inspector was dispatched to assist with luggage as the elevator did not go to the ground floor.
Excellent facilities including wash machine and clothes dryer, as well as aircons throughout, beautiful renovated and effective shower with excellent water pressure and heating..
The instructions to use the safe were not very clear. Re-setting the safe was a problem as I was unable to find the re-set button as instructed by the host. Perhaps clear instructions could be included with property info as supplied before checkin.
This was not a deal breaker for me.

It was very clean, with good appliances to cook and do the laundry. Very convenient location, close to metro and tram stations and also close to a supermarket.
