Emplacement dans quartier calme mais proche commodites
Pas de lumière dans le couloir allant à la cuisine . Pas de drap à mettre sous la couette donc dormir avec une couette utilisée par chaque visiteur et pas laver à chaque fois... non merci. J'ai donc dû utiliser une couverture que javais dans ma voiture... heureusement sinon rien ! Et pour l'oreiller c'est pareil ... pas de taie d'oreiller ... diectement sur l'oreiller qui était sale. Donc zéro et zéro pour le linge de lit qui est un minimum requis pour un hébergement donc ... un effort à faire la dessus pour que , malgré le petit prix, ce soit valable car petit prix n'exclus pas un minimum de confort et d'attention. Il ne suffit pas de donner un lit et point final !

Neat clean, staff available and reactive, great value on price
I liked the impeccable kitchen and shower, the towels, the regular room cleanups and the discretion.
I liked the proximity to both RER , dau buses and a regular night bus right near the place (24 hrs access)
I liked the facilities nearby: food and launderette. Found out the city market was one of the finest around prices and products wise
Frankly, very, very good deal and such nice people. Reactivity in minutes to boot: I got an extra table in a day, was impressed by the degree of positive attention and availability:
-) I don't socialise much, tend to keep to myself and spend a lot of my time outdoors and/or on my pc, with my headphones on. Must have interacted five times in fifteen days with that pair: always polite, always smiling and twice problem solving almost on the spot... Great show.
It's no Versailles but frankly one of the very best deals in accommodations I've come across.

Ok für den Preis. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Relativ ruhig. Zimmer war sauber bis auf ein paar Ameisen.
Check-In etwas holprig und ich musste erst anrufen.
Lage etwas abgelegen, weit bis zum RER. Ameisen im Zimmer. Gebäude wirkt generell etwas baufällig.
Man bekommt auf booking.com den Eindruck es wäre eine Ferienwohnung, aber es ist 1 kleines Zimmer in einem Sharehouse.
