This house was super warm extremely well insulated. Having a machine and drier was awesome. The house was clean had EVER

Location

Lack of parking is absolutely insane. No space allotted for $300 per night?! Ridiculous and highly inconvenient. Got a parking ticket first night even tho i was outside the forbidden territory. In the villa areas, every fourth parking spot is taken up with a huge communal rubbish bin. The council that approved this development should be shot. Every spare footpath within 300m is covered in parked cars due to the poor planning. We did NOT receive a welcome email with the entry procedure, so spent 3 hours trying to track down a human that could tell us a) which apartment we had booked and b) how to get in. Not much fun on a freezing cold night in Queenstown. When we got inside, we Ddidnt know the internet password as our phones from Australia were not yet set up so we couldnt read the welcome email in detail when we left the pub where we holed up while trying to figure out how to find our accommodation.. Put the wifi password on a laminated sheet in the kitchen please!! Then people without internet on their phones can connect straight away. Thanks for your attention to these matters.

Supee clean, comfy & warm, everything you need in Air BNB with friendly hosts & an easy to follow guide book!

Extremely clean & Well Kept. Beds are super comfy & the couch is too if you want to fall asleep to watching some TV! Everything you need is supplied for you, daily cleaning products, your usual kitchen items, loved the heaters in the rooms as it was cold throughout the night. Also really liked the TV and speaker in the lounge, we spent a lot of time there.

There’s not much not to like about this property! The bathroom is quite small, but shower pressure in the shower was 10/10 love it!

Location was great for us, restaurants close by. Good for bike tracks.

Ran out of coffee pods and toilet paper no big deal. We bought some. Had coffee plunger coffee but no plunger to use but overall couldn’t fault it.
