New apartment in good location, but not well maintained

The building has underground parking and a nice roof terrace. The apartment has a spacious living room with huge TV and a large balcony. The apartment has two toilets, which is convenient if five people are staying.

The apartment was not cleaned very well. There was dirt on the floor and surfaces, and the bed sheets had hair and stains on them. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for both sitting and sleeping. There was a coffee capsule machine, but there were no capsules. The bathtub is not comfortable for showering.
