J’y ai séjourné principalement pour travailler à distance pendant la journée, puis je sortais généralement en après-midi. L’endroit convenait très bien à ce type de séjour.
* **Arrivée rapide et simple**
À mon arrivée, tout a été très rapide pour récupérer la clé. Ils m’ont également expliqué où se trouvaient le gymnase, la piscine et les autres installations.
* **Très bon emplacement**
J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement. L’établissement se trouve dans une rue plutôt résidentielle, mais il y a plusieurs commerces au pied de l’immeuble ou sur la même rue, facilement accessibles à pied.
* **Personnel très réactif**
J’ai eu un petit problème avec une odeur de fumée dans la chambre. Dès que j’en ai informé la réception, quelqu’un est monté pour vérifier la situation. Un grand merci pour leur réactivité !
**Bon Wi-Fi, climatisation et environnement calme
Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait très bien, la climatisation était également très efficace et il y avait toujours de l’eau chaude. Comme je travaillais à distance pendant la journée, j’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme de la chambre.
* **Espace de coworking**
Il y a également un grand espace de coworking bien équipé, très pratique si on préfère travailler à l’extérieur de la chambre.
* **Peu d’espace de rangement**
Il manque un peu d’espace de rangement et il n’y avait qu’un seul verre.
* **Check-in externe**
Le check-in se fait normalement à l’avance via un formulaire externe. Je ne l’avais pas rempli et je l’ai fait directement sur place, ce que je recommande davantage.
* **Buanderie uniquement via une application mobile**
Le personnel à la réception m’a confirmé qu’il n’était pas possible d’utiliser la buanderie via un site web. L’application n’était malheureusement pas disponible sur mon iPhone, même après avoir changé la région & un VPN. J’ai donc dû aller dans une laverie à environ 10 minutes à pied.

I like the central location of the property. The OXXO downstairs was convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants. Seems like a pretty safe neighborhood.
The bathroom had a foul sewer smell, which you get used to after a while, but that should be fixed for future guests. The biggest thing was that I thought this was a hotel. It is not. These are apartments where people live, and the vacant rooms they rent out like AirBnb. This means no fresh towels, cleanup of the room, fresh sheets, or water refills. Little to no amenities. I guess my fault, should've looked into it further, but since this was in the listings alongside all the hotels, I had assumed it was a hotel as well. This may be more on booking.com than the actual property itself. As someone on a quick vacation, I would not come back to this property.
