The location was amazing and the view was lovely. We had beach and pool views. I was a little concerned given all the negative feedback, so I was worried about what the room may be like. But, I was more than surprised. It was clean, and for a studio room, it was spacious. The bathroom was great also. If you are planning on being active and out for meals and really only need somewhere to rest and recover, this room is ideal.
The keys being in a different location was stressful. And then finding the right elevator was tricky. This part caused stress. And, if you are not familiar with the areas it could be very overwhelming. Luckily the location of where the keys are and the hotel is, is actually close, but I didnt know that at first. So it started stressful, but when we found where we needed to be, all the stress went away.

Collecting the key was much easier than I anticipated and very conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the accommodation.
The apartment was spacious and it was handy to have all the comforts of home when travelling with a child, especially a fully functional kitchen.
The facilities were great - having the lagoon pool as well as an indoor heated pool meant we could swim even on the cooler days.

Great location. One block back from beach.
Not easy process to get keys to accomodation. It would be much easier to leave these at the reception of the building. Need more couches for 5 adults, only one that seated 4 and cramped. Check out instructions advised to leave keys on table, however they them make contact asking where the keys were with differing advice from instructions.

Location and amenities
We weren’t told about the noisy construction that started at about 6 am on a Sunday morning ! The check in was at 3 which was already late enough and we received a message at 2.15 mentioning it would be delayed by another hour but we had issues with the code not working for a lockbox with getting the keys from a different location so didn’t check in so didn’t check in till 5 pm 😞
