The modern kitchen and dining area make cooking and connection effortless, whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast or sharing a home-cooked meal with friends. Sliding doors open to the sunny deck and backyard, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living — perfect for relaxed evenings surrounded by fresh coastal air.
Three comfortable queen rooms sleep up to six guests, each fitted with ceiling fans for a restful night’s sleep. The primary ensuite and main bathroom offer generous space to refresh, while the in-unit laundry off the deck ensures convenience for longer stays.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
