About this house rental
Located just outside the charming village of Giroussens, at the gateway to the Gaillac vineyards. Giroussens, a former 13th-century bastide town built around a castle overlooking the valley, prospered thanks to the potters who established themselves on the edge of the forest. They benefited from a privilege granted to the inhabitants: the right to take wood from the forest to fuel their kilns. Remarkable pieces from this local industry are now on display at the Giroussens Ceramics Center. At Le Rivel, everything is designed for a peaceful holiday: quality service, spacious rooms, a beautiful terrace for pleasant summer evenings, and a vast garden, not to mention the covered pétanque court and the lovely swimming pool, all for your exclusive use! ... and since 2026, all the upstairs rooms, as well as the one in the annex, have air conditioning... (the ground floor is not air-conditioned). Opposite the entrance, a park with a granite table shaded by plane trees offers the perfect setting for al fresco dining. On the south side, the kitchen opens onto a large terrace where you can admire the Agout Valley and the village of Saint-Lieux below.
