Villa Terracotta was fully renovated for summer 2023. Entirely decorated and furnished by an interior designer, this villa will charm you with both its beautiful interiors and exteriors, as well as its panoramic sea views.



The Space:

With 5 en-suite bedrooms, including an independent studio and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, this villa is perfect for both families and groups of friends. Located in a peaceful private estate, it offers panoramic sea views and is close to the beautiful beaches of the Var region.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire villa. It features 5 bedrooms, a large living and dining area with sea view, an open fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerated wine cellar, a saltwater swimming pool (heated from the Toussaint school holidays onwards), an outdoor kitchen equipped with a plancha, and a terrace offering one of the most beautiful views in the region. Outdoor ping-pong table. WIFI.



The villa is easily accessible by train via Hyères train station (13 minutes) or Toulon train station (30 min) or by plane via Toulon-Hyères Airport (15 minutes by car).

Parking is available for 3+ cars.



For your comfort, Greg will take care of the garden and pool maintenance, while Hélène will be happy to assist you and answer any requests throughout your stay.

To finalize your booking, we will ask you to provide a copy of your passport (or a valid ID) in order to verify your identity, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Hélène, our concierge, will welcome you upon your arrival and will accompany you during your stay. Greg will take great care of the garden and pool maintenance.
