An truly unforgettable stay – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
From the very first moment until the moment we had to leave, our stay at Equipoise Resort was nothing short of exceptional. We have travelled to many beautiful places, but the level of genuine hospitality, warmth and personal service we experienced here is something we have never experienced before.
What truly touched us was the kindness of the entire team. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, but we would especially like to mention Intan and Nick. Their warmth, attentiveness and sincere kindness made our stay even more special. They went far beyond what we could have expected and made us feel less like guests and more like truly valued visitors.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. Every detail, the surroundings and the atmosphere come together to create something truly special. There is a sense of peace, beauty and magic here that is difficult to put into words.
Leaving Equipoise Resort was genuinely difficult, because we felt that we were leaving not only a beautiful place, but also people who had made our stay so meaningful.
We sincerely hope that one day we will have the opportunity to return. Equipoise Resort will always hold a very special place in our hearts, and we are incredibly grateful for the beautiful memories we created here.

I would have given a score of 10 if the food was not unjustifiably too expensive and portions too tiny.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive, and never hesitated to check on our well-being throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the complimentary activities offered by the resort, especially the woodcarving and pottery classes. They made our stay even more memorable and gave us a lovely opportunity to experience a little more of Balinese culture.
Nothing in particular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very well taken care of throughout.

Great property, friendly staff, really good food
What we got really frustrated about was that we had a late flight and then a 2 hour grab ride to the property which was fine, but it was 11pm by the time we got in, and when we were checking in we told them that we just wanted to get to the room and go to bed. They still the foot massage, so we did that and let them know again we wanted to get to the room. They brought us to the pool area for a welcome drink so we sat and drank that and we’re just sitting there waiting for them to take us to the room. It wasn’t until 45 mins we finally got to the room. Again when we got there the guy wanted to give us a tour and I told him we didn’t need it and just wanted to go to sleep. He still proceeded to go through all the areas. We got upstairs and he starts going through all the remotes, and I told him we won’t be watching tv so don’t need to know, he still kept on. There is a balcony with the room that you can lay on and he made us get on it. By this time I was so frustrated I just said can you please just let us go to sleep. It just started off on the wrong foot for us. We were also bummed that the classes were fully booked and it was part of why we wanted to stay there. Still great property and great food, just could have been a better experience.
