Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Bei Fragen war sofort jemand erreichbar, der sich dann gut kümmerte.
Die Betten waren bequem und man hatte viel Stauraum für das Gepäck.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Es hat eine wirklich große Terrasse, mit schönem Blick auf Porto, die wir, wenn es nicht geregnet hätte, viel genutzt hätten.
Es war schön, dass Kaffeekapseln für den Anfang da waren.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist teilweise etwas zu wenig (wenigstens 4 Tassen, vielleicht eine Teekanne und noch ein weiterer Topf wären gut, wenn man sich dort zu viert selbst versorgt.)
Mit einem großen Auto kann man den Parkplatz nur nutzen, wenn der gegenüberliegende Parkplatz zum Rangieren nicht besetzt ist. Es kam allerdings nur eine Nacht vor, wo wir nicht in die Garage konnten und es war kein Problem auf der Straße einen kostenlosen Platz zu finden.

The staff and their support and their respect to our requests and internet was perfect and A/C was perfect and location
Parking is hell very tight end up to scratch my rental car and then start parking outside in the roads.
Bathrooms need improvements especially bathtub window barrier must be fixed not to be moving and fix small untie water carpet in the bathtub to prevent anyone from falling as I got slip and hit the window barrier but thank god nothing serious happen!
