Wir hatten die Wohnung gebucht, da wir eigentlich zur Vorstellung von Sascha Grammel wollten, leider fiel diese aus, da es zu heiß an dem Wochenende war. Vermieter freundlich, auf Fragen wurde sofort reagiert .Apartment liegt direkt im Zentrum, schöne Restaurants/ Café's in der Nähe, Wohnung im Industrie Design Charme ...
Wirkt etwas Kühl, Dachterrasse konnten wir nicht nutzen , da unser Wochenende das heißeste im Juni war und es leider keinen Sonnenschirm etc gab. Zudem lud die Terrasse nicht wirklich zum Verweilen ein.
Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Ordnung, Service sehr gut, Wohnung sauber mit teils hochwertiger Ausstattung, daneben aber auch einiges an defekten...Deshalb finde ich den Preis von 150€/Nacht zu viel

Es ist eine große sehr moderne Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist direkt im Stadtzentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Trotzdem hat man eine herrliche Ruhe. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut.
Gibt nichts Negatives.

Location is top notch. A few steps away from downtown/innendstadt and on the other side, are shops..The apartment itself is okay. We wouldn't classify it as "luxury" as it was stated. Its a two bedroom and has all the amenities one needs. It needs storage/wardrobes/cabinets and countertop in the kitchen. But overall, its a great apartment in an excellent location. The backyard/balcony was great.
It needs wardrobes and storage. And its too dark. You need to have the lights on throughout the day
