The property is in a beautiful quiet rural area with access to a huge locked garage for motorcyclists and bicyclists. Laurent, the host was really helpful explaining everything during our stay. We had dinner in the evening which is prepared by Laurent who also eats with you while hosting. The food was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was also really good and there was plenty available. The building is a lovely characterful place converted from farm buildings so is crooked in places. For example, we did feel that our bed was at an angle so that our feet were higher than our heads which was odd!

1 minor issue for us. There is no facility to pay by card for items such as the evening meal or drinks (I cannot see anything mentioned about this on the listing but may have missed it). As we stayed for the evening meal and needed to pay Laurent this did cause us a problem in the morning trying to arrange an international payment which was very difficult with our banking APP and multi factor authentication (we did not have sufficient cash). Ultimately we could not get this to work and, by this time we had lost about 45 minutes of our onward journey time. Being on motorcycles on a tight schedule it was problematic. Thankfully we were able to pay a day or 2 later for which Laurent was very understanding.
