It was clean and mostly well kept. The room was comfortable and clean. There was even tea and coffee in the kitchen. And across the street is a very nice little urban farm for a bit of a view.
The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder and the shower faucet was kind of loose.

We liked the ease of access, the free coffee bar and the great communication of the host. Queen room is great, big, comfortable.

Comfortable and close to the convention center.
Too noisy. Guests wouldnt shut up. Very loud and creaky floors so you could hear every time they walked around.
