It was secure and the location was close.
The water wasn’t heating up so we had to shower cold water during the cold August weather. Customer service wasn’t picking up calls despite several attempts to ask for help. The cleaning personnel asked for a bribe to allow me a 2 hour extension after I failed to get through customer service. Also the rooms were smaller than what we had envisioned from the pics shared. The bathrooms were 2 yet the property description says the bathrooms would be 3, each bedroom with its own bathroom.

The one bed properly was acceptable - the two bed very spacious. It’s a convenient location
There isn’t enough crockery etc for 2 people.
The check out times are far too early and even though I got permission to check out slightly later when it came to the check out day they were banging on the door to throw us out!! I cancelled my later booking because of this and probably won’t stay again when I’m in Nairobi in a few weeks.
