Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy buena. El hotel está muy limpio, es tranquilo y no hay ruido, así que se puede descansar muy bien. La habitación tiene ventilador, microondas y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.
El personal es muy amable y atento, pero quiero destacar especialmente a Mohamed. Es una persona increíble, muy amable, servicial y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Si le preguntas cualquier cosa, te explica y te enseña todo con mucha paciencia. Nunca duda en ayudarte y hace que te sientas como en casa. Sin duda, es una de las personas más amables que he conocido.

The rooms were clean from the inside and the air conditioning was cold and comfortable. The staff were friendly.
Some minor inconveniences were present such as water leakage below the sink and the sink faucet flow, but overall it was a good stay. Also the price is slightly higher than usual.

Wi-Fi信号和淋浴是最近在埃及住过比较满意的，难得淋浴头出水够多，Wi-Fi信号也稳定
门锁也太古老了完全没有安全感，事实证明我担心的是对的，半夜有陌生人不同钥匙直接就把门强行打开了，真的太吓人了，酒店前台还狡辩说是女性客人误开的，我又没睡着，看到脸也听到声音了明明是个胡子男
