The apartment is located 17-20 minutes by foot away from the center. The apartment is in excellent condition since it's new and it's in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking outside.
This is a big, new 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with 2 king size beds and a sofa and has a very big balcony (almost as big as the apartment) with nice view overlooking the city and the sea far away.
It has a sophisticated lighting system, 4 high quality LG air conditioners and all other kitchen amenities.
Helpful owner and father.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so if you have a large suitcase ask for help.
In the mornings communication was through the father of the owner so ask for his number beforehand.
Shower amenities and sugar would have been nice to have although I'm sure if I asked the owner he would have brought me since he was very helpful.

Beautiful, modern Penthouse apartment with massive balcony. Two bedrooms with A/C and A/C in the living room. Decent flat screen TV with google tv and decent WIFI. Host was very friendly and flexible and offered us parking in the private underground garage, which was nice since I was traveling by motorcycle with a lot of luggage. Could have stayed here for weeks!👍

a place on a hill, the view during the day and at night is captivating. the building is fantastic and the apartment exceeded my expectations. If you like city life and are open to getting to know the area, it's worth being there. you are near the center and you have a city market with fruit and other sundries, fresh bread and baguettes, of course. you have to get to know this place full of surprises and nice people , of course, if you are open to all this. The apartment is perfect for two people or two couples, I think the time spent in this apartment will be wonderful and truly romantic, the area is quiet and people living there are probably from the government circle.
I was a guest in Tunis and everything suits me. Seriously, believe me, this place is cool. Everything was fine for me, the owner of the facility was helpful, if you want what you are missing, he will arrange it for you 👍
