The property was clean , well taken care of.
There were cockroaches roaming around, possibly coming from other apartments, so the property may need to be fumigated. In addition, there was no coffee, tea, sugar, milk, or even complimentary water provided, which I believe is important for any property.

For the host to first make sure the apartment is clean before guests arrive. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned.

Good location if you want to explore the city bowl. The place was clean and roomy.
No corkscrew, bread board, tin opener, bread/meat knives. There is no air conditioning, and the small fan is not really doing the job. A bigger TV would also have been nice. If you open the windows at night, the noise from the clubs in Long Street will keep you awake.
