I had such a great stay at SandGrizz Tourist Inn in El Nido — honestly, it feels underpriced for what you get.
The rooms were super affordable, clean and comfortable, with a huge bed and strong air conditioning (a lifesaver in Palawan!). The place is small, family-run, and you can feel the effort they put into looking after guests — everyone was genuinely kind and helpful, and nothing felt like too much trouble.
We were also able to check in a bit early because our room was already ready, which was really appreciated after travelling.
A big bonus: breakfast is included and they serve it whenever it suits you, not at some strict hotel time window — that alone made the stay feel way more relaxed.
They also offer loads of extra services like:
• motorbike rental
• laundry service
• tours and day trip bookings
And the location… PERFECT. It’s literally a 30-second walk to an amazing beach, with cool little bars and some of the best sunsets I’ve seen.
If you’re coming to El Nido and want somewhere affordable, comfortable, and run by genuinely good people — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SandGrizz Tourist Inn. I’d 100% stay again.
