I arrived sweaty and tired but Asanka made me a tea and gave me a cold towel which was so kind, made me feel immediately relaxed after a long journey. The hostel itself is so chill, brilliant staff who are there whenever you need them and of course the delicious breakfast and fruit, best I’ve had in Sri Lanka. The hostel itself is close to the Main Street but also a little bit quieter due to location away from bars. I was the only person in my dorm room for the most part so it was very nice! The en-suite bathroom had hot water too which is a plus. Also the hostel is very close to the nine bridge walk.

Feels Like Home in Ella!
Absolutely loved my stay here! The owner and staff put so much soul into this place and make you feel like family right away. Great music taste, amazing atmosphere, and incredible hospitality—they even surprised me with tea and chocolate cake during some great chats.
Stay here and be a homie!

this is a small cosy hostel in the perfect location. just up the road from
main ella street, perfect location for all the cafes and super close to nine arch bridge walks. comfy rooms, and the host and service is honestly the best ever! they make you feel so at home, amazing breakfast every morning, tea offered whenever we were chilling in the common area outside (even to people not staying at the hostel), and really friendly and helpful staff. we also made great friends here, easy to socialise. very genuine and down to earth, incredible value for money. would highly recommend!
