Very clean, well maintained and convenient place. Please take care of the mosquito control problem.

Proximity to city, restaurants and other attractions.

Wild Vegetation and swampy surroundings are breeding grounds for mosquitoes. If not for the pesky insects, the stay at the property would have been much more pleasant.

Bad choice of this property, looking at canceling my booking.com registration

Nothing we liked.. host was arrogant.. made us to wait for 30 mins for check-in, asked for payment from me for confirming the booking..

A very good family-friendly stay!

We had a very good family stay at Sitara By Avea. The 2‑bedroom serviced apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable spacious aparment, with a well-equipped kitchen, lift access and family‑friendly amenities, all at a good price point near Mattuthavani Bus Terminus. Overall, it’s a convenient base for visiting Madurai, including Meenakshi Temple, and offers great value for money.

Great stay

I had a great stay at Sitara By Avea. The flat is beautifully designed, very clean, and has a peaceful, relaxing vibe. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as expected. Perfect for a cozy getaway—would definitely stay again!
