The location was very convenient and the room was comfortable and generally well maintained. The overall property had a nice atmosphere, and I liked that there were useful facilities available in the room.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was some trash left in the bin when I arrived. The water was also extremely hot, and I was unable to get cold water, which made using the bathroom uncomfortable. I also had an issue with the late check-out. I had already informed the staff that I wanted to check out a little late and had agreed to pay the applicable hourly rate. However, while I was out for work, I received a call from a staff member questioning why I had not informed them about the late check-out. The tone of the call felt quite harsh, and I was repeatedly asked about my check-out despite having already discussed it with the hotel.

le calme du quartier, l'excellent café situé à côté, l'accueil sympathique du personnel, grande chambre avec lits jumeaux, salle de bain dont les vitres de la douche pourraient être plus propres mais le reste est très bien. aussi le lac est proche à 5km

Everything was clean and the restaurant was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was an ideal location for seeing the sights around Chandigarh,
We had a room without a window, so next time we would get one with a window for ventilation and natural light.

Location was good
No Lift so very hard to take luggage up. Hot water is an issue . TV Not working . However staff was good
