I liked that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the size of the room was good. We were also given a welcome drink. However, no one came out to help us with our luggage. It’s also worth mentioning that the hotel does not have a ramp, so you have to go up some stairs, which makes access limited for anyone with a disability.

There were certain things that, in my opinion, did not really match the hotel’s name, especially since it describes itself as “luxurious.” I had an issue with the payment process. The payment is not made through the Booking platform. They ask for a 50% advance before arrival, but I explained that this was not possible for me, as I am not an Indian citizen and transferring the money from my account would have involved extra fees. They agreed to let me pay upon arrival. Through WhatsApp, I specifically asked them to confirm that I would be able to pay by card because I did not want to withdraw cash and incur additional charges. They confirmed that card payment was possible. However, upon arrival, I was told that the machine only accepts Indian cards, so in the end I had to withdraw cash. I don’t mind the payment method itself — that’s exactly why I asked and requested confirmation — but the information provided was not accurate. The breakfast, which is included, is vegetarian, which I already knew. However, the fruit variety is almost nonexistent. It felt more like lunch food, something international guests should keep in mind, as we are not used to eating lunch-style meals in the morning. The shower has no separation, so every time you shower, the entire bathroom gets completely wet, and the floor becomes slippery. This can be dangerous, especially for older guests or children. My room, on the fourth floor next to the restaurant, was noisy because you can hear absolutely everything happening in the restaurant and on the rooftop. Additionally, part of the hotel staff does not speak English, which is not very convenient for international guests.
