Very quiet and serene
Just the delay in hot water but that was because of the extra usage on each floors.

The Glass Residence is a clean and strategically located property. Access to diffrent parts of Abuja is easy. Staff members were excellent and Joshua was particularly amazing and helpful in promptly resolving few issues we had.. A highly recommeded place and we shall stay again.
I am satistied with the services provided but payment system could be improved. Management could consider enabling payment with foriegn credit cards.

Located in a clean and serene environment. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the facilities in very good working condition.
