Smelly toilet shower missing stopper door getting stuck

The location was amazing nice

The toilet was smelly like there was a problem with he gutter. The shower was missing the stopper to stop the water so when you take shower all the wash room used to get flooded every single time. The lock key used to get stuck every single time i even asked the guys will this happen every time and he was like no sir its all fixed now and nothing to worry but of course he was wrong eveytime we had to go our for dinner the room wouldn't lock and and to fight with he door for atleast 5 minutes and the same thing on the way back and while opening the door. And the funny part is i had to check out early due to family emergency and asked them to refund for 1 day to which the girl named zainab said sure we can do that and I will transfer the amount to your account but later the other guy started making excuses and said he notified owner and he is out of country and booking.com took there commission we have to cut that and after cutting the commission we will refund you rest of the amount but till today I received nothing except a message from reception to give them 10 stars rating 😆. So according to my personal experience I am never ever going back to them or recommend anyone else to stay there.
